Our standard packages include a choice of our high-quality solid-color backdrops (e.g., pure white, classic black). If you have a specific theme, we can work with our design team to source or create a custom-printed backdrop for an additional fee.

We offer a full-service media experience. Still photos, GIFs, Boomerangs, and video clips are all available. These can be added to any package; custom requests may have an associated design fee.

We are based in Portland, Oregon, and serve the entire Pacific Northwest, including Seattle, Vancouver WA, Eugene, Salem, and the surrounding metro cities. For events in the greater Seattle area, a standard $150 travel fee applies. We're happy to provide a custom travel quote for any destination.

Absolutely. We are fully insured with a comprehensive business liability policy. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue upon request—it's a standard part of our process.

Your rental time is active time. If you book a 3-hour package, you get 3 full hours of the booth being operational for your guests. All setup and teardown happens on our clock, not yours. We typically arrive 60-90 minutes before the active start time.

For the safety of your guests and our equipment, all outdoor setups require two things:

1. Shelter: The booth must be placed under a solid, protective cover (like a tent or permanent roof) to protect from sun, wind, and moisture.
2. Power: We require access to a standard, three-prong power outlet on a level, dry surface.

Seamlessly. Our booths offer a full suite of instant sharing options. Guests can choose to receive their files immediately via Text Message, Email, AirDrop, or by scanning a simple QR code.

We come prepared. We bring our own dedicated hotspot to create a reliable network for all sharing features, so we don't have to depend on venue Wi-Fi. In the rare case there's no signal, our booths use a professional offline queue, securely saving all shares and sending them automatically the moment a connection is restored.

Yes. A private online gallery of all the high-resolution images and media clips is included with our primary packages. This is the perfect way for you (the host) to see all the fun in one place.
